All you have to do is become accredited with us, which is as simple as filling in a two page accreditation form.

SERVICE & SPEED are our number one priorities. Unlike many other lenders, we won't leave you hanging for an answer or forget to keep you in the loop. Instead, we call or email you at every stage, and pay you your brokerage directly into your account within 24 hours of the loan settling.
Further more, your client remains your client. We understand that service is the key to your success, so we won't inconvenience your client or mess them around.

If you have the ability to settle $250,000 worth of caveat loans a month with us (which could be 5 x $50,000 loans or 1 single $250,000 loan a month), for 3 consecutive months, you qualify for PLATINUM BROKER STATUS.

WHY WHITE LABEL? Effectively, this gives you the ability to FULLY BADGE our caveat loan product with your name, address, contact numbers, and logo. This can have enourmous benefits if you are getting your loans from a 2nd source (ie: a real estate agent or accountant), but you would prefer for them not to know where you are obtaining your funding.

We still manage the loan as we normally would, meaning you don't become lumbered with any extra work, or any liability.
