1. iPods....For every short term caveat loan UNDER $90,000, funded through HomeSec Finance Express Pty Ltd (herein refered to as "HomeSec") before 30/11/11, HomeSec will give away 1 x 8 Gb Apple iPod 4 to the introducing broker. This is in addition to the brokerage paid to the broker for each settlement. This giveaway applies to all applications received after 16/10/11 which settle during the days and weeks before and including 30/11/11.
iPads & iPhone 4s.... For every short term caveat loan OVER $90,000 which is funded through HomeSec Finance Express Pty Ltd (herein refered to as "HomeSec") before 30/11/11, HomeSec will give away 1 x 16Gb wifi Apple iPad 2 OR 1 x 16Gb iPhone 4s to the introducing broker. This is in addition to the brokerage paid to the broker for each settlement. This giveaway applies to all applications received after 16/10/11 which settle during the days and weeks before and including 30/11/11.
2. As stated in clause 1, the loan amount must be over $90,000 to qualify for a Free Apple iPad 2 or iPhone4s. "$90,000" is the nett figure advanced to the borrower and does not include interest and fee's over and above the $90,000 net advance to the borrower. In simple terms, the loan must be over $90,000 Plus Costs. The introducing broker will not receive a free Apple iPad or iPhone if the loan advance is less than $90,000, or if the loan over $90,000 fails to settle. However for settled caveat loans under UNDER $90,000, brokers will now receive a free iPod 4.
All loans must adhere to our usual lending criteria, and are subject to approval by HomeSec. This promotion only applies to HomeSec short term caveat loans.
3. The introducing broker must be accredited with HomeSec, and the iPod 4 or iPhone 4s or iPad 2 will be posted to the Introducing Broker by Registered Post. If you are not already accredited and wish to organise immediate accreditation, simply download and complete the Introducer Accreditation Form to the left of this page.
4. HomeSec is not responsible for network access for your iPhone, iPod or iPad. This is the responsibility of the recipient. Having said that, the recipient is not given any pre-existing internet contract, and the devices are UNLOCKED. (Tip for the iPad: Portable wifi devices are now available from Telstra, Optus & Vodaphone so you can have wifi access anywhere in the carriers network. This would be covered at the recipients expense.)
5. Any warranty or helpdesk requirements are to be directed to the manufacturer, Apple. www.apple.com.au We also advise that Apple are not a sponsor of this promotion.
6. There is no limit to how many iPhones, iPads or iPods you can receive before this promotion ends at 5pm 30/11/11.
