How Do I Apply

Simply have your client complete our simple 2 page Caveat Loan Application Form, and scan & email it to apply@homesec.com.au, or fax it to us on (03) 8648 6328.

Within 2 working hours, we will issue conditional approval, and a Letter of Offer.

Please ensure ALL applicable questions are answered, and the Application & Privacy Consent Forms are both signed by all borrowers, and the required supporting documents are also supplied. Finally, don't forget to tell us what brokerage fee you wish to be paid. This GST Inclusive figure is to be written at the top of the "Checklist", which is the last page of the Application Form PDF.
