HOMESEC CAN NOW ARRANGE TO BUY HOUSES FROM CLIENTS WHO NEED TO SELL THEIR PROPERTY TO AVOID A MORTGAGEE SALE.
This saves them having to cover the expensive legal costs incurred by the mortgagee, and saves everyone in the streets from knowing about their dire situation. In some cases the client can remain in the house as a tenant then buy the house back under Vendor Finance when their financial situation improves.
Ask us about how we can assist TODAY!
In 2010, TEAM HOMESEC are doing "Dry July". Rather than just the Director going dry for a month, several members of the HomeSec team are also committing to the cause. What is it??? It's a is a fun (and healthy) way to raise money for a very good cause. Dry July is an initiative to assist people living with Cancer. The Director of HomeSec (Paul Stone) has signed up and started the campaign with a $1000 Donation, and other members of staff have also kicked their campaigns off & are looking for CHALLENGERS.

In 2010, HomeSec began it's regular financial contribution to Anglicare, starting with a cheque for $2000, handed over by Paul Stone to Rev. Phil Muelman of RAFT Anglican Church at Rowville in Melbourne. (pictured) These funds will be used by Anglicare and the Anglican Church in the reach out to people in need, and provide much needed support in the community.
