Whilst short term business loans (known as Caveat Loans) are very quick and simple, the team at HomeSec Finance has realised that many of our 600+ introducers may not fully understand short term caveat loans, may not feel comfortable selling them to a business client who needs access to funds in a hurry, or simply don't have time to write them.

For example: Finance brokers who may write home loans all day long, but just don't have time to get their head around short term caveat loans.

Our introducers are also made up of accountants, lawyers, estate agents, who simply don't want to get involved in getting application forms completed, gathering supporting documents, assessing whether the scenario fits the criteria, etc.

So... we are pleased to announce the HomeSec Referral Program.

There are 2 parts to the program, and both are VERY SIMPLE.

1. If you get a client who needs urgent access to funds for their business, simply email or phone through their name and number and we will call them straight away. After the call we will immediately contact you to advise how it went and if we can assist. If we can assist the client, we take care of everything and keep you updated at every stage, then at settlement we pay you 1% of the loan amount. (This is paid out of the Establishment Fee, and is paid the day the loan settles... which is most cases is a day or two after you first pass on the lead) So on a $200,000 caveat loan, you receive $2000.

2. The other option is similar to Affiliate Marketing, where you simply put an "Apply Here" button on the Short Term Business Loan page of your website, and it then links the client to your own Online Application (provided to you by HomeSec)... similar to this one

This links to our very simple generic online application form. If you click on the green button above, it will take you to one badged up for HomeSec, however your version would be in your colours and with your logo at the top, and no mention of HomeSec.

The application only takes a borrower about 5 minutes to complete, and once the client clicks Submit, it gets emailed straight through to us, and you get a copy. We can then start work on the file right away, and the client is prompted to send in the supporting documents by both the website and an email or phone call from us. (These items are generally just a rates notice, mortgage statements and ID)

If approved, we will then issue a Letter Of Offer within 2 working hours, and just like Part 1, we do the rest and pay you at settlement.

TRUST: Why this program works....

1. We have been in business for 8 years and have a strong reputation in the industry as being a reputable lender. We also practice the policy of not biting the hand that feed's us, and work hard to get repeat business.

2. Your client remains your client. We don't write or fund any other forms of finance, so you can be assured that should the client require a refinance, personal loan, or some other product, they will be referred back to you.

3. We undertake to contact all leads (referrals) immediately where possible, and no later than 1 working hour from the time it is submitted to us.

4. We keep you up to date at every stage in what is a very short process. We are also completely transparent, so anything we know, you will know too.

5. Your fee is paid directly into your nominated bank account on the day of settlement. As we don't go through any aggregators, you get 100% of your fee. (being 1% of the loan amount)

IN SUMMARY, you have 2 options...

1. Phone or email each caveat loan referral through to us to action straight away.

2. Place an Apply Now button on your website, which will link through to our system (however giving the appearance it is still on your system,)
